Privacy notice
Our aim, as distribution partner of Mitsui ACE Mitsui Prime Advanced Composites Europe B.V. and compounder for polyolefin compounds, is to supply small and medium-sized plastics processors with high-quality plastic granulates.
We also aim to communicate as simply as possible regarding data protection. On this page you will find information on how we handle your data — on our website, as a prospect, customer or supplier, and as a job applicant. We also explain your rights regarding your personal data. If you have further questions, please contact us.
Our website is provided via encrypted connections and serves us for marketing purposes and you for information and ordering.
We use Google Ads and Google Analytics solely to place our ads on the Google search engine and to analyse search queries. No personal data is processed in this context.
Proper operation
When you access our website, the web server logs the time of access, the address accessed and the IP address of your device. Most browsers are configured to also transmit browser type and version, operating system used and previously accessed address. Only your internet provider can deduce your connection and thus possibly your identity from the time and IP address. We do not evaluate these web server logs, but use them only to monitor the proper functioning of our web server and, if necessary, to trace attacks. Only our IT department and our web host have access to these.
For the management and display of our news we use a session cookie (PHPSESSID). This is necessary for the technical operation of the website and is deleted when you close your browser. No further cookies are set.
In B2B business, initial contact takes place in various ways: we receive contact details from event organisers, approach you at trade fairs or are approached by you, or you send us an e-mail. We receive your contact details in this process. Your data is stored only for the purpose of processing the enquiry or the previously agreed transaction and for possible follow-up questions. If this results in an offer or order, the data is stored in our CRM. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
For credit checks we transmit the necessary data (company name, address) to Zurich Credit Insurance. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Contact details are accessible to all employees working in purchasing or sales. We use these to process your/our enquiries/contracts and delete contact details only on request.
Your applicant data (contact details, application documents, our notes) are used exclusively within our applicant selection process. The legal basis for this is §26 BDSG. This data is accessible to the HR department and your possible future managers. We do not pass your data on to third parties and delete it in the event of rejection.
If you apply via job portals (Stepstone, Xing, etc.), we receive your data insofar as you transmit it to us or make it available for retrieval. Information on their data processing can be found in the respective job portal.
Your rights
With regard to personal data concerning you, you have the right to information and rectification. You may at any time informally object to processing based on legitimate interest, request restriction of processing or deletion of your data, or lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority.
